Exercise Prescription (More than just the 3x10!)
Many physios in the field appear to have limited knowledge of exercise program design for optimal results, and this is one of the reasons booking in for a consultation with me is a great idea! If you have been to see a physiotherapist before, you may have heard or been given 3×10, 3 times a week. To my knowledge, this occurs across gyms and clinics all around the world. It has become the default dose when prescribing exercises.
From my prior experience not only with my BSc in Sport & Exercise Science but through practising the principles in an applied manner working as a Personal Trainer for 3 years practising what I preach!
